In this course students will learn oil or acrylic painting that emphasizes color mixing, composition and explore a variety of painting techniques (glazing, layering, impasto, alla prima, and others in intermediate and advanced level). The purpose of the course is to encourage understanding to color interaction, advance technical and compositional skills, and provide a basis for creative growth and expression.
